The following is an introduction to OLED polarizing film:
(1). Working principle
(a). Polarized light conversion: composed of two layers of linear polarizers stacked together, with their transmission axes perpendicular to each other. Natural light is first polarized into linearly polarized light through the first layer of linear polarizer, and then further polarized into circularly polarized light through the second layer, thereby converting non polarized light in ambient light into circularly polarized light.
(b). Reflected light suppression: Only circularly polarized light in the same direction as the circularly polarized light emitted by the display is allowed to pass through, converting the light emitted by the display into circularly polarized light, making the intensity of the light the same in all directions, and reducing the interference of reflected light.
(c). Structure and Materials
Basic structure: usually includes PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) for polarizing function, upper and lower layers of TAC (cellulose triacetate) for protecting PVA, PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) for bonding to liquid crystal screen, as well as Release film, Diamond film, and Protective film.
(d). Material properties:
PVA has good polarization performance; TAC has the characteristics of good optical performance, high mechanical strength, and high transparency, which can protect PVA and maintain the stability of polarizing film.
(2). Performance advantages
(a). Eliminate reflection and glare: By controlling the polarization direction of light, it effectively reduces the reflection of ambient light on OLED screens, reduces glare, and improves the visibility of the screen in strong light environments.
(b). Improve contrast: It can filter out unnecessary light, making the black of the OLED screen darker and the white whiter, thereby enhancing the contrast of the image and making it clearer and more vivid.
(c). Low insertion loss: It will not significantly reduce the brightness of OLED displays, ensuring effective transmission of light emitted by the display and maintaining good display brightness.

Q5. What about your terms of lead time?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. Normally your order will be sent within 3 business days; however, if your order is very large, the lead time of the order will be within 5 business days.
Q6. How about terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Or: Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram.
Q7. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courrier cost.
Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Q10: How long will I be able to receive my order after payment?
A: Within 3- 5 days after delivery if DHL, however, if you order is Ocean Transportation, its time will be 10-45 days according to different countries.
